Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Your booking page opens in any browser — most clients arrive from the link in your Instagram bio. Confirmations and reminders reach them in WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS, which they already have.
Is it really in Kyrgyz?
Really. The whole product — your admin panel, the booking page, and every client message — works in Russian, Kyrgyz, and English. Each client hears from you in the language they booked in.
Can I run everything from my phone?
Yes. The calendar, client chats, and every booking work from a phone browser — you can run your whole day without a computer.
My clients already book by messaging me. What changes?
Those chats keep working — they land in Al Kezek’s shared inbox, tied to each client’s history. The booking link just removes the back-and-forth: instead of “what times do you have?”, clients see your real free slots and pick one.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a link to move or cancel the booking, and it respects the cut-off rules you set — for example, no cancellations later than 3 hours before the visit. The freed slot goes straight back on sale.
We also take walk-ins and phone bookings. Does that work?
Of course. Adding a walk-in from the calendar takes about ten seconds, and the slot immediately disappears from your online page, so the two never conflict.
Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
Never. Al Kezek is a flat monthly subscription. Whether you take 40 bookings a month or 4,000, the price is the same.
What happens when my trial ends?
